On-chain investigation

Frozen, flagged or stolen crypto?

We find where your funds are, who can freeze or release them, and what evidence they need. Then we build the case and take it to them: exchanges, stablecoin issuers, police and, where needed, lawyers.

What we handle

Cases where the money still exists somewhere

Most of our work is about funds that are stuck or traceable: sitting in a frozen account, a blacklisted address, or an exchange wallet the thief used to cash out.

Exchange freezes

Accounts locked by risk control or an endless "under review", with balances you can see but can't withdraw.

AML and source-of-funds flags

Withdrawals blocked because a deposit or address was flagged as high-risk, often over a tiny transfer.

Account takeovers

Someone got into your exchange account and moved funds, or the account was frozen after the break-in.

Stolen funds traced to an exchange

Scam or theft proceeds that reached an exchange deposit address, where a timely freeze request can work.

USDT and USDC blacklists

Addresses frozen by Tether or Circle, including freezes made at law enforcement's request.

Wallet drains

Seed-phrase leaks, malicious approvals and fake wallet apps. Speed matters most here.

Cases often involve Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC, Bitget, HTX, KuCoin, Gate, BingX, Coinbase, Kraken, Tether and Circle. We are independent and not affiliated with any of them. Sanctions (OFAC) cases go to specialist counsel, and we'll tell you so up front.

How it works

How a case works

  1. Tell us what happened

Use the case review form. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes and screenshots of exchange messages help most.

  2. Review and written quote

We look at the transactions and tell you plainly whether we think we can help. If we can, you get a written quote before you pay anything.

  3. Investigation

We trace the funds and put together a report: where they are, who controls them, and what that party needs to act.

  4. Escalation

We take the case to exchange compliance teams, Tether or Circle, and the police, and bring in a lawyer when a case needs one. You get updates as things move.

Fees

Quoted per case, in writing

  • No two cases are alike, so we price each one after reviewing it, and you agree the quote before any work starts.
  • Fees usually combine an engagement fee for the investigation with a success fee that applies only to funds actually returned to you.
  • No hidden costs, and never a "release fee", "tax" or "unlock payment" to get your funds back.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you guarantee I'll get my money back?

No, and nobody honestly can. Whether funds come back depends on where they are now, who controls them and how fast they can be reached. After reviewing your case, we'll tell you how realistic recovery is.

How long does it take?

An exchange review can resolve in weeks; a theft that crossed bridges and several exchanges can take months. For stolen funds, the first days matter most, so get in touch as soon as you can.

Do you need access to my wallet or exchange account?

No. We work from public blockchain data and the documents you choose to share. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords.

Are you lawyers?

No. Fastttrack is an investigation firm, not a law firm. When a case needs legal action, we'll say so and can work alongside your lawyer.

My funds went through a mixer or a bridge. Is it hopeless?

Not necessarily. Funds often surface again at an exchange or a stablecoin address that can be frozen. It does make a case harder, and we'll be upfront about that.
